Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate Cage activities and team members to ensure efficient operations and compliance with BCLC standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to guarantee transaction accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Handle different customer service responsibilities related to inquiries and disputes regarding jackpot payouts, tickets, and making change, etc.
- Employee relations, training, problem-solving,



performance reviews, and managing discipline when necessary.
- Efficiently completing all necessary paperwork, forms, and reports in accordance with BCLC standards.
- Supervise the opening and closing procedures.
