Casual Babysitter Needed – Experience with Neurodivergent Child Preferred (Walnut Grove).

We are a warm and easygoing family looking for a reliable casual babysitter for our two boys, ages 5 and 2.

Our oldest son, Max (5), is autistic and non-speaking. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and very socially connected, especially with adults. He has strong eye contact, loves engagement and play, and benefits from calm, patient support during transitions. He has childhood apraxia of speech and is beginning to use AAC to support communication so experience with touch chat is prioritized.

Our younger son, Mason (2), is neurotypical, active, playful, and full of personality. He enjoys typical toddler activities and loves engaging with his big brother.

This is an occasional babysitting role (evenings and/or weekends as needed), not a nanny position.



We are hoping to find someone dependable and kind who we can build trust with over time.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience with autistic or neurodivergent children (preferred)
- Is calm, emotionally regulated, and patient
- Is comfortable assisting with diaper changes if needed
- Has CPR/First Aid certification (or is willing to obtain it)
- Can provide references and a criminal record check
