We are seeking a dedicated and professional Casual / Contractor - Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team at MyCliniResearch.

Duties
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures clearly and addressing patient concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the collection area, following strict sanitation standards.
- Assist with patient registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of specimen collection.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and handle biohazard materials responsibly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely processing of specimens and effective communication regarding patient needs.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and specimen collection procedures
- Prior hospital or clinical laboratory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to laboratory testing and patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in phlebotomy or related healthcare qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and infection control practices.
