Ideal Ready Mix is now hiring dependable CDL Permit Holders to join our team as CDL Driver Trainees. If you're ready to start a career in the trucking and construction industry, this is a great chance to gain experience, complete CDL training through our training partner, and build a long-term career close to home.

What You'll Do:

- Participate in a CDL training program, and obtain your Class B CDL
- Learn to safely operate a ready-mix truck
- Assist with deliveries to local job sites while gaining hands-on experience
- Learn and follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Requirements
- Valid CDL Permit (Class A or B) required
- Clean driving record
- Previous construction, labor, or driving experience is a plus but not required
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
