Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead our organization’s compliance initiatives and uphold the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence. As a pivotal member of our executive team, the CCO will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance programs that align with industry regulations, corporate policies, and ethical practices. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute robust compliance strategies that support organizational goals while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of compliance processes, including risk assessments, audits, and reporting mechanisms.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs to educate staff on compliance standards, ethical conduct, and regulatory updates.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to proactively adapt policies and procedures.
- Supervise a team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence in all compliance activities.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, project management, and leadership teams to embed compliance considerations into operational workflows.
- Manage investigations into potential violations or misconduct with transparency and thoroughness,



ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or business development roles is advantageous for understanding commercial operations within a compliance framework.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement to streamline compliance functions effectively.
- Solid leadership skills with supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex regulatory requirements clearly across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze risks critically and develop strategic solutions that balance business growth with regulatory obligations.
- Prior experience in developing training programs focused on ethics, compliance standards, and regulatory updates is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related fields; advanced certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus.
