Duties

- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children through interactive activities and play
- Supervise children during daily routines, including meals, naps, outdoor play, and educational activities
- Support children's emotional well-being by offering comfort, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
- Assist with developmental milestones by implementing age-appropriate learning activities and teaching basic skills
- Collaborate with families to understand each child's needs, preferences, and routines for consistent care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caregiving space to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met




- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns to share with parents or guardians

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in caregiving, classroom settings, or similar environments
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
- Strong caregiving skills that demonstrate patience, empathy, and active engagement
- Previous classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
