Mink Chocolates is an award-winning, Vancouver-based chocolatier specializing in handcrafted, small-batch chocolates, confections, and treats. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Chocolatier (Contract) to join our production team at our Ontario Street location in Vancouver. This is a hands-on, production-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with food, learning a skilled craft, and being part of a collaborative kitchen environment.

Position Details

- Type: Full-Time
- Wage: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Location: Ontario St, Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities

- Assist in daily chocolate production and preparation
- Work with chocolate, confections, and related ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production space
- Follow food safety and production standards




- Support senior chocolatiers with ongoing tasks

Requirements

- Experience preferred but not required — training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 20kg+
- Comfortable standing for long periods throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
