Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent upkeep across the facility
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storage areas, adhering to safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required to support facility-wide sanitation efforts
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety protocols
