Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygienic conditions.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent standards are met daily.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience with commercial cleaning environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with professional cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
