Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to promote health and safety.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers effectively and safely.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality work and a safe environment.




- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.

Requirements

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus.
