The Entry Level Client Manager will support relationships between our brand partners and campaign teams. You will begin with structured account support and take on greater responsibility as your knowledge develops.

Client Management Responsibilities

- Learn each client’s brand and industry
- Understand campaign goals and customer profiles
- Support the preparation of client briefs
- Attend account meetings and campaign reviews
- Record meeting notes and agreed actions
- Prepare clear client progress updates
- Communicate approved priorities to campaign teams
- Maintain accurate account records
- Collect customer engagement and sales results
- Update account performance trackers
- Assist with campaign reports
- Monitor customer feedback
- Flag concerns to senior management

Entry Level Candidate Profile
- Clear and professional communication
- Robust organisation and reliability
- Confidence building professional relationships

- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience in customer service, account support, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing or business administration would be valuable.
