Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our Edmonton shop as a CNC Machine Operator. Because we are committed to maintaining our high standards of quality, we will fully train the right person. We will invest the time to teach you how to safely operate, load, and run our advanced digital stone-cutting machinery.

What You Will Learn & Do:

- Operate Advanced Machinery: Learn to safely load digital design files, set up vacuum pods, and operate CNC stone saws and waterjets.
- Work with Premium Materials: Handle and inspect beautiful pieces of granite, marble, and quartz, learning how to work with natural veins and grain patterns.
- Maintain Our Signature Quality:



Learn to meticulously measure and verify cut pieces against digital templates to ensure every edge is flawless.
- Machine Care: Perform basic daily maintenance (cleaning, fluid checks, and tool changes) to keep our high-tech equipment running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

- Tech-Comfortable: Basic computer literacy is required. If you can navigate software, apps, or basic gaming setups, you can learn our machine interfaces.
- An Eye for Detail: You take pride in your work, care about the finished product, and naturally notice the small things.
- Physically Fit: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet in an active, industrial shop environment.
- Reliable & Professional: A team player who shows up on time every day with a excellent attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in cabinetry, carpentry, machining, assembly, or general labor translate very well to this role.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 – 44.0 per week
