Infinity Custom Manufacturing Inc. is a growing custom millwork and cabinetry manufacturing company specializing in high-quality custom kitchens, vanities, closets, built-ins, commercial millwork, and architectural cabinetry.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machinery for custom cabinetry and millwork production.
- Operate Biesse CNC machines.
- Read and interpret CNC programs, shop drawings, and production drawings.
- Load, position, and secure sheets/materials properly on the CNC.
- Verify dimensions and finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments when required.
- Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the CNC area clean.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
- Work closely with the shop and production team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC operator experience, preferably in cabinetry or millwork manufacturing.
- Experience operating Biesse CNC machines is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and measurements.
- Experience with woodworking, cabinetry, or custom millwork is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
