Job Summary:

Nienkamper International Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our cabinet manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming CNC machines in a woodworking environment, with robust knowledge of AutoCAD and WoodWOP (version 4.5 or higher).

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and optimize CNC programs for cabinet and custom millwork production

· Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications

· Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machinery when required

· Use AutoCAD and WoodWOP (4.5 or higher) for programming and design

· Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all programmed parts

· Work closely with production and design teams to meet production timelines

· Maintain program documentation and updates

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork

· Demonstrated proficiency using AutoCAD & WoodWOP 4.5 or higher

· Strong understanding of CNC operations, tooling, and materials

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Preferred):

· Experience with HOMAG CNC machines





· Background in custom furniture or high-end cabinetry

· Knowledge of production efficiency practices

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods

Working Conditions

· Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery

· Use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety footwear is mandatory

· Full-time, on-site position

Compensation: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
