Coffee Box is building Canada's first automated coffee kiosk system. We serve precision brewed coffee around the clock, without the lineup, the jargon, or the inflated price tag. Our tagline is Better Coffee. Money Saved. We mean both halves of it.

THE ROLE The Coffee Guide is Coffee Box's frontline brand presence, and this is a sales role at heart. Your job isn't to make coffee, the machine handles that. Your job is to create a welcoming atmosphere at the kiosk, guide people through their first order, and turn curious passersby into regulars and Coffee Box Pass members. Full training and coaching are provided.

SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS

This is a rotating role. You may work across different Coffee Box kiosks around the city, and we schedule your shifts in advance. Shifts generally fall during coffee peak hours, typically a morning block around 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and a midday and afternoon block around 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with some shifts built around our Power Hour promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create a welcoming atmosphere at your kiosk, warm, visible, and present during active hours
- Welcome customers and guide them comfortably through their first machine order
- Promote and sign up customers for the Coffee Box Pass, a core measure of your success
- Keep the kiosk and surrounding area clean, organized,



and visually sharp at all times
- Report machine issues, malfunctions, or recurring customer concerns promptly

- Warm and personable: you make people feel welcome without them having to ask
- Hungry and driven: you want to sell, hit targets, and grow with the company
- Some sales experience: retail, hospitality, promotions, or similar (coaching will be provided)
- Confident engaging strangers: you enjoy starting conversations and inviting people in
- Self-directed and accountable: you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
- Reliable: you show up on time, in uniform, ready to work
- Comfortable standing outdoors in Alberta weather through your full shift

- $22/hr base wage
- Performance incentives tied to Coffee Box Pass sign-ups
- Daily free coffee at any of our kiosks
- Full Brew Pilot uniform provided
- Flexible scheduling: part time and full-time available

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
