Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, ensuring linens and clothing are cleaned, folded, and stored properly
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety during each shift
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Handle time management effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and attentive to client requests

Skills





- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong experience in residential cleaning; familiarity with commercial cleaning is advantageous
- Basic cooking skills are beneficial for assisting with light kitchen or household chores when needed
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Effective time management to handle multiple cleaning assignments seamlessly
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
- Outstanding communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
