Job Summary

Laundry Lounge Ltd. is seeking a dependable and motivated Commercial Washer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating commercial washing equipment, processing large volumes of hotel and hospitality linens, and ensuring all products are cleaned according to company quality standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, time management, and the ability to maintain productivity throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate commercial washers and related laundry equipment.
- Load, unload, and sort linens according to wash formulas and customer specifications.
- Monitor wash cycles and ensure proper chemical and machine settings are used.
- Inspect linens for stains, damage, and quality issues before and after processing.
- Maintain accurate production flow and keep work areas organized.
- Assist with staging carts and preparing linens for the finishing department.
- Follow all workplace safety, sanitation,



and quality control procedures.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns promptly.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications
- Previous laundry, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to thrive in a warm, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
