In this energetic position, you will operate heavy equipment to compact, move, and manage materials, ensuring safety, productivity, and environmental compliance. Duties

- Operate compactor to efficiently compress waste or materials, ensuring optimal space utilization and safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movement, and site cleanup efforts
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections,



and operational reports for accountability and compliance
- Work with public an assist in unloading as necessary.
- Experience
- Proven experience operating compaction machinery in construction, industrial, or waste management settings
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle required
- Hands-on experience with loader operation, backhoe operation, and excavator handling is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites
- Prior experience working with heavy machinery brands is a plus

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
