The bigger picture

We’re looking for Compliance Risk Investigations Specialists to join our Compliance team. In this role, you’ll support second line compliance oversight activities across Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing, FATCA/CRS, and Market Practice Code compliance. You’ll bring strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to identifying, investigating, and escalating compliance risks.

How you’ll be spending your time

- Supporting compliance monitoring, testing, and oversight activities across AML/CTF, FATCA/CRS, and Market Practice Code requirements.




- Conducting higher-risk or complex AML investigations, including transaction reviews, account activity analysis, and member profile reviews.
- Completing enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk members and complex cases.
- Identifying unusual or suspicious activity and preparing clear investigation summaries, recommendations, and escalations.
- Supporting regulatory reporting processes, audit and examination activities, and remediation tracking where required.
- Collaborating with Compliance, Operations, Risk, IT, and member-facing teams to strengthen processes, controls, and compliance risk culture.

The experience you bring

- Post-secondary education in finance, commerce, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience in AML, financial crime compliance, risk management, or a related area.
- Foundational knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements and financial crime risk practices.




- Experience conducting investigations, transaction analysis, or compliance reviews is considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of FATCA/CRS and Market Practice Code requirements is considered an asset.
- Progress toward or completion of an AML designation, such as CAMS or CAMLIPA, is considered an asset.

Salary range $70,520 - $88,153 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
