Overview

Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Polisher and Epoxy Floor Installer, where your expertise will transform raw concrete surfaces into stunning, durable floors that stand the test of time. Responsibilities

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and leveling to ensure optimal adhesion for polishing and epoxy coatings
- Operate heavy equipment such as grinders, polishers, and power tools safely and efficiently to achieve desired finishes
- Apply epoxy resins, sealers, and coatings with precision to create smooth, glossy, or textured flooring surfaces
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate installation
- Perform rebar installation and concrete forming tasks as needed for foundational support and surface integrity
- Utilize hand tools like trowels, scrapers, caulking guns, and masonry tools for detailed finishing work
- Conduct restoration work on existing floors by repairing cracks, filling voids, and preparing surfaces for new coatings
- Execute masonry tasks including drywall installation, caulking,



and basic carpentry to support flooring projects
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or skid steers when moving materials or preparing sites
- Follow safety protocols rigorously while lifting heavy materials or working with power tools during renovation projects

Experience

- Proven construction experience with a focus on concrete finishing, flooring installation, or surface restoration
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to flooring projects
- Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming techniques and rebar installation processes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools commonly used in flooring preparation and finishing
- Experience working with epoxy coatings or other surface sealants is highly desirable
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in a construction environment
- Knowledge of masonry practices including drywall installation and caulking techniques is a plus
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to heavy lifting, welding (if applicable), and construction site protocols
