`Skills:` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in using power tools and other construction equipment




- Strong knowledge of general maintenance person tasks and construction techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in construction estimating is a plus
