Nor-Fab Homes is hiring multiple reliable and hardworking Construction Helpers / Handymen for a temporary one-month project in the Marathon, Ontario area.

The successful candidates will assist our team with the construction and assembly of garden sheds and other general construction and site tasks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a construction team.

Responsibilities

- Assist with building and assembling garden sheds
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Assist with general construction and site tasks
- Load, unload, and move construction materials as required
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials under direction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform other general construction duties as required

Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, handyman work, or similar work is an asset
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Comfortable performing physical work
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move materials
- Reliable and punctual




- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Experience is an asset, but we are also willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
