HCON Contractors Inc. is looking for a reliable Construction Helper / General Labourer to assist with residential and commercial construction projects across Toronto and the GTA.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, punctual, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical work on construction sites. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Assist with drywall installation

Assist with steel stud framing

Help with taping, mudding and sanding

Assist with T-bar/drop ceiling installation

Carry, load and organize materials

Prepare and clean job sites

Assist tradespeople with general construction tasks

Use basic hand and power tools

Follow site safety procedures

Requirements

Reliable and punctual

Able to perform physical work and lift construction materials





Comfortable working on ladders and construction sites

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Construction experience is an asset, but not required

Own transportation is an asset

Basic English communication is preferred

Work Location: Various job sites across Toronto and the GTA

Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
