In this role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Whether assisting with framing, drywall, or concrete finishing, your proactive approach and eagerness to learn will make a tangible impact on our construction sites.

Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials.
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in their daily activities.
- Help with concrete forming, finishing, and pouring to ensure smooth surfaces and structural integrity.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment for various tasks including drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinet mounting.




- Operate heavy equipment under supervision when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or related trades is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating will be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, caulking, masonry work, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work or plumbing is a plus.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and masonry skills will help you excel in supporting diverse project needs.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively is desirable.
- Previous exposure to restoration projects or construction painting can be beneficial but is not required.
