In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking karaage, tempura and deep fried stuffs. Duties

- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure hygiene and prevent contamination
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of hot and fresh meals
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking




- Adhere to all health regulations and safety procedures during food preparation and service

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food handling practices, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and serving staff
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is highly desirable
