This individual will play a critical role in driving quality strategy, improving test processes, supporting team growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Build, lead, and mentor an effective QA team to support project delivery and ensure high standards of software quality Manage team capacity and resources efficiently to meet project timelines and quality goals Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members Manage test automation strategies, leverage available tools and track to meet annual goals Maintain automated test scripts Define test strategies and test plans aligned to software development plans and project requirements Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies Collaborate cross-functionally within Agile or Scrum-based development teams 10+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience in the mobile or automotive industry ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



or a related field required ~3+ years of experience testing Android-based software ~3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity such as Scrum Lead, Product Owner, or Team Lead ~ Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, best practices, and tools ~ Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Appium ~ Programming experience in languages such as Python and Java ~ Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile software development processes ~ Experience with vehicle communication network protocols such as CAN and Ethernet GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
