We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality countertops in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties

- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate countertop placement.
- Prepare work areas by removing existing surfaces, drywall, or flooring as needed for seamless installation.
- Use hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, and caulking guns to cut, shape, and secure countertops precisely.
- Install countertops made from various materials including granite, quartz, laminate, or solid surface with attention to detail.
- Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sealing seams, and applying construction painting or restoration techniques to ensure a polished look.




- Collaborate with team members on plumbing or electrical connections if required for integrated features.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely after each project.

Experience

- Proven experience working with hand tools in construction or carpentry settings.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to follow detailed installation plans accurately.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, and general restoration work.
- Experience with plumbing connections or welding is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings related to countertop layouts and construction painting standards.
- Prior work in residential or commercial renovation projects demonstrating attention to detail and craftsmanship.
