Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)

Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation. Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour Openings: 3

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person.

- Facilitate SRM system training for branch and corporate employees.

- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, and e-learning resources.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and implementation activities.

- Provide on-site branch support during go-live periods.

- Coach employees and managers through operational and system changes.

- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and system adoption.

- Maintain training records, implementation updates, and user support documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful deployment of SRM across the organization.

Key Qualifications:

- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications.

- Bilingual considered an asset.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.

- Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a solid asset.
