Granite Nation Countertops Ltd. is hiring an experienced Countertop Installer to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. We specialize in the fabrication and installation of quartz, granite, marble, and other natural stone countertops for residential and commercial projects.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. If you have experience installing stone countertops and are looking to join a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.

Start Date: ASAP

Duties

- Install quartz, granite, and other stone countertops.
- Safely transport and handle countertop slabs.
- Read drawings and installation specifications.
- Ensure accurate fit, leveling, and finishing.
- Make minor adjustments in office when required.
- Communicate professionally with customers and builders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience installing quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, and other countertop materials.
- Experience installing kitchen countertops, islands, bathroom vanities, and backsplashes.
- Ability to accurately measure, level, seam, silicone, and secure countertops.
- Experience with seaming and polishing is an asset.




- Ability to install waterfalls, mitred edges, build-ups, and undermount sinks.
- Knowledge of proper countertop installation techniques and construction practices.
- Ability to read shop drawings and installation plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Comfortable lifting and handling heavy slabs and countertops safely.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and professional customer-service skills.
- Must follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
- Experience with residential new construction and renovation projects is an asset.
