This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant with a firm based in Sherwood Park, AB.

The Senior

Accountant will be responsible for leading compilation and review engagements, preparing and reviewing financial information and financial statements, preparing and reviewing financial information and financial statements, preparing and reviewing tax returns for corporations, individuals, and trusts. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. For the right individual, this position offers a path toward partnership as part of the firm's long-term succession plan.

The Senior

Accountant will work collaboratively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

- CPA designation in good standing




- 3 plus years of public practice
- Solid tax and accounting experience
- Knowledge of Canadian Accounting Standards and Tax Compliance
- Experience with Caseware, QuickBooks, QBO, Sage, and Excel
- Great communication skills
- A commitment to excellent client service
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team environment

Pay: $82,502.37-$101,917.29 per year
