Responsibilities

- Assist with excavation tasks using equipment such as excavators to prepare sites for planting or construction projects
- Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure optimal water distribution for gardens and landscapes
- Perform gardening duties including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to maintain healthy plant growth
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to keep outdoor spaces pristine
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely for various tasks including digging, cutting, and assembling landscape features
- Support routine mechanical maintenance of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation




- Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving site preparation and installation work

Requirements

- Prior experience with excavation equipment such as excavators is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of construction processes and experience working on outdoor projects is advantageous
- Solid physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate small machinery or construction equipment is a plus
