Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, ON. In this position, the individual will respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing policy information, processing changes, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include updating client records, preparing documentation, liaising with insurers, and ensuring that clients understand their coverage options.

The role involves following up on requests, supporting the sales and underwriting teams,



and contributing to continuous improvements in the overall client experience. The individual will be expected to maintain a high standard of service that reflects the organization’s commitment to delivering the best customer experience and competitive rates.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience.
- Ability to provide effective Customer Support and work collaboratively as part of a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Explicit and professional verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with using common office software and insurance management systems; willingness to learn new tools.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing role is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
