Customer Service / Sales Associate — Full-Time Casket Outlet is a well-established and growing company in Mississauga. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, mature, and customer-focused individual to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, is comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone, learns quickly, and takes initiative in a busy work setting. Location: Mississauga (Eglinton & Tomken) Schedule: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Pay: $18–$22/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and performance Position: Full-Time Weekend availability: Saturday or Sunday availability is required Responsibilities Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and by email Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently Help customers select products and process orders Follow up with customers and existing orders Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly Prepare quotations and process payments Complete basic administrative work and paperwork Maintain accurate customer and order information Keep the showroom clean and organized Help pack and prepare Purolator shipments when required Work efficiently and take initiative in a fast-paced team environment Qualifications Excellent spoken and written English is required Strong customer service and communication skills Confident and professional when speaking on the phone Proactive and willing to take initiative without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, mature, and responsible Good computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure Fast learner with strong attention to detail Previous customer service, retail, sales, reception, or office experience is an asset Must be comfortable handling payments and customer orders Looking for stable, long-term employment About Us Casket Outlet is a growing company specializing in caskets, monuments, urns, funeral flowers, and other funeral products.
