You will stay close to customers, help them get value from what we deliver, coordinate internally when issues need attention, and look for opportunities to deepen the relationship.

You should be comfortable working with organisations of different sizes and levels of maturity. In Canada, we want someone who can develop trusted relationships, understand business needs, and create well-qualified opportunities.

This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the work rather than waiting for detailed direction.

What you will do • Track customer health, adoption, and open issues

- Coordinate internally to keep commitments on track
- Run regular customer conversations and reviews
- Identify renewal, expansion, or improvement opportunities
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned customers





What we are looking for • Experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a similar role

- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good organisation and follow-through
- Comfort working across teams to solve customer issues
- Experience in Canadian B2B sales or technology markets is an advantage.
