Customs & Dispatch Coordinator In Trucking Business

We are a growing trucking company currently seeking a Customs & Dispatch Coordinator for a FULL TIME position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both customs clearance and dispatch operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process customs documentation (inbound & outbound)
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements
- Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
- Track shipments and resolve delays or issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

- Experience in customs clearance and dispatch coordination
- Strong knowledge of inbound & outbound procedures and documentation




- Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (experience with AVAAL software is an asset)

Position Details:

- Full time position
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
