Position Overview

We are currently hiring CWB Welders, including , for our Nisku fabrication facilities.

Night Shift Hours

Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Day Shift Hours

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
- Perform structural steel welding for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects




- Prepare surfaces and materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and removing contaminants as required
- Perform welding using MCAW AND FCAW processes
- Complete welds in accordance with approved CWB welding procedures and specifications
- Maintain proper welding parameters and techniques to produce high-quality welds
- Inspect completed welds for visible defects and ensure they meet required quality standards
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting equipment, and other welding-related tools
- Operate overhead cranes to safely move materials as required
- Follow all company safety policies, welding procedures, and maintain a clean and protected work environment

Qualifications

- Valid CWB Tickets (FCAW AND OR MCAW)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Ability to commute to the job site (T9E 7Y3 – Edmonton area)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
