Are you a motivated team player who enjoys leading by example and creating a outstanding customer experience? As a Shift Leader, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, support team members during shifts, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in a clean and welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing leadership and direction to team members during scheduled shifts
- Assisting with staffing, task delegation, and break rotations
- Training and supporting new and existing employees
- Ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, and food quality standards are maintained
- Supporting product promotions and point-of-sale activities
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Completing cash accountability and shift reporting requirements
- Working alongside the team in all areas of the restaurant as needed

What You'll Need





- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required
