? Now Hiring: Data Analyst – Transmission Program Management

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support complex high-voltage transmission and substation projects.

This is not a traditional IT/data analyst role. We’re looking for someone who understands both utility/infrastructure projects and data analytics and can work closely with project managers, engineering, operations, field teams and contractors.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 4+ years of project management, project coordination or project support experience

✔️ Background in utilities, electrical transmission/distribution, substations, construction or infrastructure

✔️ Experience with asset data management, data quality, validation, reconciliation and governance

✔️ Solid Excel and Power BI skills

✔️ Experience with project cost/schedule tracking, documentation, reporting or regulatory deliverables





✔️ Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization or automation

✔️ Understanding of PMBOK/project management principles

✔️ Degree or technical education in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, IT or a related field

✔️ PMP is an asset, but not required

? Ideal Candidate: Someone who sits at the intersection of utility/transmission projects + project management + data/analytics. Direct experience with energized substations and safe-work practices is highly desirable.
