The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, data pipelines, and data modeling.

Required Skills • 7+ years of professional Data Engineering experience.

- Solid Databricks experience.
- Advanced SQL and large-volume data processing.
- Strong Python / PySpark programming.
- Extensive ETL/ELT & Data Pipeline development.




- Apache Spark & Delta Lake.
- Data modeling, data warehousing, and database concepts.
- Data migration and integration experience.
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Databricks Workflows, Jobs, Unity Catalog, and performance optimization.
- Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools are preferred.
- Git, CI/CD, and DevOps experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.

- Enterprise-scale data engineering projects.
- Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Consulting experience.
- Legacy-to-cloud data migration experience.
