Roles and Responsibilities:

- Enter data accurately from physical and digital documents into company databases.

- Review, verify, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in records.

- Update and maintain internal reports, spreadsheets, and databases.

- Organize and manage electronic and physical records according to company procedures.

- Perform regular data audits to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

- Process high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Prioritize workload and complete time-sensitive tasks within established deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and obtain missing information.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

- Track completed work and provide status updates on pending or priority tasks.





- Follow established data-entry procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
