Release Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Release Manager with over 8 years of expertise in managing end-to-end release cycles across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and smooth deployments, track parity completion, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve risks or issues. This role also involves supporting release activities and maintaining accurate tracking and documentation throughout the release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the entire release process, ensuring all deployments are executed smoothly and on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the release cycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of release activities, including timelines, risks, and resolutions.
- Monitor and report on release metrics to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.




- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the release process.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release management processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Project Portfolio Management
- Robust experience in release management and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in release management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
