Role Description The Delivery Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. In this role, the driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering industrial tools, equipment, and supplies to customers and branch locations. Daily tasks include verifying orders against delivery documentation, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and loading area.

The Delivery

Driver communicates with customers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries, resolve basic issues, and provide a professional service experience.



The role may also involve assisting with warehouse duties such as stock handling, basic forklift operation (if certified), and supporting inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients and team members.
- Experience or certification in Forklift Operation and safe material handling in warehouse or industrial environments.
- Training experience, such as mentoring new team members on delivery processes, safety procedures, or warehouse operations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving light commercial vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes in the Greater Toronto Area and the ability to use GPS.
- Ability to lift and move industrial products safely, following workplace health and safety practices.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full time hours with occasional overtime as business needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in industrial supply, construction, or logistics is an asset.
