Job Title: Delivery Program Manager

Location: Markham, ON – Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager with strong experience in the Insurance / Property & Casualty (P&C;) domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale technology programs, client implementations, and delivery initiatives within the insurance industry.

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience as a Program Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager in Insurance or P&C.;
- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation programs , from planning through delivery and production rollout.
- Experience working with IT services and implementation organizations such as TCS, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, or similar firms.
- Robust understanding of insurance processes, P&C; platforms, integrations, and technology delivery .
- Manage multiple teams, vendors, stakeholders, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to drive delivery, resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is preferred.
