GluteNull is hiring a Brand Ambassador to demo our products at grocery stores and farmers markets in Victoria!

About us

We are a Canadian gluten-free, vegan bakery located in Port Coquitlam, BC. For over a decade, we have passionately baked non-GMO foods filled with premium ingredients. Our plant-based and gluten-free product range includes soy-free, yeast-free, and low-carb options. We make food for a healthy mind, body, and planet, that everyone can enjoy!

As a GluteNull Brand Ambassador, you will provide food demos at grocery stores and farmers markets that carry our products. You will create a memorable experience for shoppers and strengthen our relationship with store staff. During demo events, you will be a friendly presence at stores to engage with shoppers, share information about our products, hand out samples, and encourage GluteNull product sales.

This role is a casual position. The ideal candidate is available to work a few shifts per month. The position is perfect for anyone looking for additional work.

Salary 23-25$/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

As our Brand Ambassador, you are responsible for:




- Hosting scheduled in-store demo events or farmers markets; handing out samples of baked goods such as bread, cookies, and energy bars
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Forming relationships with and taking feedback from grocery store buyers & customers
- Interacting continuously with shoppers and improving public brand awareness
- Preparing product for sampling as instructed
- Setting up and cleaning up demo workstation

Requirements You would be a good fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
- Possession of a food handler card
- Ability to stand for a long time (at least four hours)
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Experience working in customer service
- Knowledge of the terms gluten-free, keto, non-GMO, and vegan
- Love for having conversations with others
- Interest in the food industry
- Passion about health, wellness, and nutrition

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
