Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. Our perfect candidate would be someone who focuses on teamwork and has the ability to make the workplace better for everyone, including themself. Experience with dental software, as well as familiarity with the technology, is highly desirable. A strong understanding of medical terminology and dental assisting procedures will contribute to your success in this position.

Duties

- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for patient care
- Take and develop dental radiographs using technology when necessary
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

- Certification or training in dental assisting; prior experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with dental software
- Knowledge of dentistry procedures




- Ability to understand and communicate medical terminology effectively
- Experience with dental technology is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with patients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of patient care
