Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our energetic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dentist during procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.





Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in dental assisting with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
