Dental Receptionist – Part-Time with Growth Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a great prospect for a new graduate who has completed a dental reception course and is looking to gain hands-on experience, grow their skills, and gradually take on more hours and responsibilities.

Schedule:

- Tuesday to Saturday
- Approximately 4–6 hours per day to start
- Hours may gradually increase based on clinic needs and your ability to work independently

What We’re Looking For:

- Completion of a Dental Reception course/program
- New graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of Tracker dental software is an asset, but not required
- Fast learner and tech-savvy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented




- Coachable and willing to learn
- Able to develop the confidence and independence to work with minimal supervision

Training & Growth: We will provide hands-on training on junior dental receptionist duties and gradually expand your responsibilities as you become more confident in the role.

Our goal is to develop someone who can work independently, including managing closing shifts and completing assigned administrative responsibilities when the clinic is closed, including statutory holidays when required.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow with the practice, and become a dependable long-term member of our team.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
