Lead transformational initiatives as the Director of Operational Excellence at Emergent BioSolutions. Focus on Lean principles and operational improvements to enhance site performance and capability. Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, you will drive the transformation of our Winnipeg site through strategic leadership in Operational Excellence.

Your role will involve cross-departmental collaboration to build sustainable improvements while enhancing quality and reducing operational complexity. Through sheer dedication and strategic execution, you will embed a culture of excellence across our operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the site's Operational Excellence roadmap
- Lead strategy deployment and daily management systems




- Foster continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
- Collaborate with leaders to enhance organizational capability
- Act as a trusted advisor in change initiatives

Requirements:

- University degree in engineering, business, or similar
- 10+ years in Operational Excellence or Lean Transformation
- Lean or Lean Sigma Blackbelt certification
- Proven communication and change management skills
- Operations experience with P&L; responsibilities
