Your role is central to ensuring our staff, known as Fam-Jam, thrive and excel in their careers. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment processes with a focus on improvement
- Lead HR Business Partners to align with company initiatives




- Drive DEIB strategies and cultural championing
- Develop HR dashboards to track P&C; metrics
- Foster relationships with directors and regional managers

Requirements:

- Experience in HR leadership roles is essential
- Solid background in developing DEIB strategies
- Proven success in managing recruitment processes
