Lead BC Dairy's producer services with strategic vision and strong stakeholder engagement. As Director, you will guide a multidisciplinary team to enhance support for BC dairy farmers. This senior leadership role requires you to set strategic directions, priorities, and delivery standards for producer support services.

Your focus will be on optimizing on-farm programs, knowledge translation initiatives, and enhancing emergency management preparedness. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, you will ensure that programs meet the actual needs of producers, establishing trust and fostering engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Set strategic vision and annual priorities for producer services
- Lead a high-performance, service-oriented cross-functional team




- Oversee producer support frameworks and issue resolution processes
- Direct engaging producer education initiatives and workshops
- Manage and direct sustainability and research portfolios Requirements:
- 5+ years in agricultural leadership, preferably dairy
- Proven experience in delivering producer-focused programs
- Robust operational leadership and emergency preparedness exposure
- Excellent relationship management with external stakeholders
